Tülay Bekar

Ms Tulay Bekar is the founder of Era law firm. She graduated from Ankara University Law Schol in 1988. She is an excellent lawyer with expertise in Criminal and Obligations Law. Her experience includes the representation of public and private companies in connection with a wide variety of business matters, including banking and finance, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and debt transactions.  Ms Bekar also has extensive experience in the area of corporate and commercial law which includes advising companies with respect to general corporate matters.

Ms Bekar have been working with many NGOs about humanrights , women’s and children’s rights since 1996. Additionally, she is a founding member of the Ankara Bar Association Women Commission.

In 2001 ; She joined practice areas with other professionals to create new legislation organized by Turkish and Azerbaijani government partnership.

In the same year she also assisted in renewing the Turkish Civil Law at The Turkish Assembly commission.

In 2004 during the preparation of a new crime law, she worked with the Ministry of Justice as a Woman rights commission vice president and she represented the Ankara Bar Association at Turkish parliament on the same subject.

Ms Bekar worked in many fields of law for The Ankara Bar Association and helped in Improving the Turkish Justice System with her vision and effective labour.

To present she has been awarded by many NGOs and Governmental Organizations for her continued efforts and intelligence.
